When reporting a problem, include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, camera profile, and export format. Do not attach private footage unless requested.
Privacy Policy
Effective July 3, 2026
LogGrade does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party software development kits.
- Videos, LUTs, presets, recipes, and exports are processed and stored on your device.
- Photo Library access is used only when you choose media to import or save an export.
- Notifications are used only to tell you when an export finishes.
- LogGrade does not send your media or usage information to the developer or any third party.
Apple and your chosen storage providers may process data when you use their system services, such as Photos, Files, or iCloud Drive, under their own privacy policies.
